* WHERE...Inland Duval, Clay, Putnam, Eastern Marion, Central 

  Marion and Western Marion Counties.

* WHEN...From late Friday night through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 

  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 

  plumbing.
