Some Florida counties have anti-gun Tax Collectors who are knowingly and willfully breaking the law and violating constitutional rights. Those Tax Collectors who are authorized as agents of the Florida Department of Agriculture to process CW License applications cannot legally refuse to process applications. Yet some are doing it!!!!

Numerous anti-gun, anti-Second Amendment, anti-Constitution Tax Collectors around the state are deliberately infringing upon your rights and violating Florida law.

Thankfully, other Tax Collectors around the state are honoring their oath of office, following the law and are committed to helping you exercise your constitutional rights -- these Tax Collectors are processing CW License applications NOW.

If you live in a county with an anti-gun Tax Collector, check your neighboring counties.

Tax Collectors who are agents of the Department of Agriculture can process a Concealed Weapon or Firearm License application for any Florida resident no matter what county the applicant lives in.

Leon County has a very anti-gun Tax Collector who is knowingly and willfully breaking the law and violating constitutional rights by refusing to process original CW License applications.

However, the next door neighbor is Franklin County Tax Collector, Rick Watson, an honest, law-abiding public official who respects the law, respects the Constitution and is processing CW applications. So Leon County residents are making appointments to go Franklin County for their CW License application processing.

So, if you live in a county with a Tax Collector who is authorized to process CW applications but is refusing to do so, take a look at neighboring counties and find a Tax Collector who is a true public servant who will follow the law and serve you.
