June 4, 2015 Officials from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) have confirmed that the personal information of up to 4 million current and former Federal employees may have been compromised. It's unclear what kind of personally identifiable information was stolen, however, the Washington Post reports that anonymous US officials stated the data potentially included employees' job assignments, performance ratings and training.
